3. Scheduling & Cancellations

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Payments & Fees

- Notify us of any special instructions, conditions, or areas that require attention.
- Secure any valuables and personal property prior to service.
We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside our scope.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue through a re-clean or partial refund, at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Essex Clean will not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Property damage unless caused by proven negligence
Liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service in question.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
